Natalie is a founding partner and oversees the management of Blue Iceberg's projects and client relationships. Her extensive prior experience in general management imparts a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to client engagements where she loves to develop strategies and solutions that integrate digital into the business process. Natalie began her career in a family-owned manufacturing business. Starting off in purchasing, she quickly rose to general management before leading a management buyout to form Yates Furniture Systems, a national designer and manufacturer of contract office furniture. Natalie is fluent in French and German. She received her BA from Yale and has been a nationally-ranked squash player.
